Eternity meditation marked its presence in the world of glamour by performing a meditation session for the models and contestants for “Taj Events and Production – Miss and Mrs India 2023” pageant at Sadanand Regency, Pune.

“Mrs India – Golden Heart” for her mesmerising meditation session.
Anita Chavan at Eternity Meditation became a part of entire 3-day schedule of this event to understand the scenario behind the scene.
An hour or two in front of the audience
Dazzle the stage with flawless confidence
Focus, spot lights, crowns a spectacular radiance
But behind the scene it’s all stressful performance
Yes, we see the final perfect scene but the work done by Organisers, hotel staff, groomers, choreographers, makeup artists, fitness trainer, skin and hair expert, Tarot card reader, photographers, wardrobe, Gifting and Production partners and their teams is tremendous.
They make sure that each participant is unique and gets chance to showcase talent in the best possible way. This makes them to be on their toes as finally it’s their behind the scene hard work which will be showcased on the stage by contestants.
Each participant undergoes constant and repetitive rehearsals to make it near to perfection. Constantly walking with high heels makes their heels pain and sometimes even painful twists in ankles. Constant Exposure to lights and music, outside food, hectic schedules, tension and anxiety gives them headaches and ill health followed by swallowing medicines.
Anita got a chance to undergo this entire hectic schedule so that she understood the stress level of each one of them in person.
She conducted a small meditation session for everyone so that they are mentally prepared for the final event.
Anita chose Heart meditation where she touched the Inner child within and confided them to let the best win, relax and enjoy the event.
She received a huge round of applause with very touching words by many contestants. Some even told her that they were so engrossed in her words that they didn’t even know when the tears rolled down their cheeks, they got connected with her voice and word and now they are feeling happier.
The Taj events and jury felicitated Anita with the crown and the title “Mrs India – Golden Heart” for her mesmerising meditation session.
