“Energy imbalance” – It affects YOU – mentally as well as physically. Get cleansed.
“Please explain this concept of energies, positive and negative”. Requested Raju, our student in one of the sessions relating to transcendental energies. He wanted to know if our bodily sufferings are the result of bad karma or our own mental fear.
“Let me explain”. I said.
“When our life is going smoothly without hurdles, do you care about your thoughts or karmas?
No, right? You are happily leading your life with all sorts of karmas, emotions, and beliefs. May it be good or bad. you even don’t think about it then.
Now tell me, are you a saint at that time? 100% pure, divine, and free of so-called negative emotions like jealousy, fear, or greed?
“No”.
And then, when something bad and sad happens to you, you suddenly become a bad person, and your so-called thoughts and karmas attract bad things in your life?
No. It doesn’t work even that way.
You don’t feel sick suddenly unless and until something affects your physiological processes, like outside viruses or bacteria affecting your body. It may also get created inside the body with your unhealthy food habits and lifestyle.
In the same way, you do not attract bad vibes unless these come to you or someone from outside throws it towards you or you yourself attract it towards you.
there are two types of energies flowing within your body. if they are properly balanced we may call it positive energy. Alternately it can be unbalanced, either low or excessively high, then we may call it negative energy.
In Eternity, such energies flow randomly through space making positive and negative impacts. They flow in all possible directions from one place to another till it collides with the object and part of it gets absorbed within and rest just flow away.
Now when your body absorbs these imbalanced energies directing towards you from all over the universe, your body energies become unstable. Their vibration changes. Body cells start to cope up with this change. If they are optimal you may feel elevated and joyful but with imbalanced, your body cells scumble, you feel fatigued dullness.
Such positive and negative vibes can travel from mind to mind, body to body, soul to soul. Some call them blessings or curses.
To keep proper balance, excess energies should be cleansed from time to time.
Or else you develop hyper activeness, hypertension, sickness, and anxiety and eventually, this prolonged imbalance develops into fear depression, and sickness. Which then leads to series of bad and sad experiences as mentally you become so weak that you attract more and more such energies, and then you label it as bad luck, karma, destiny and so on”.
“Can it happen to anyone at any age?” Sneha asked with her big eyes making even bigger.
“Yes, indeed. This can happen to anyone despite gender, caste, age, economic, geographical, spiritual background. Everyone can be susceptible to this.”
“Then how to keep away from this? As it seems working unknowingly.” A genius question by genius Amit.
“To keep your body cells working optimum, cleanse your aura all the time. To keep your mind working in your favor, Keep trust in something. Devote yourself to someone you have faith in.”
“How do we cleanse the body?”

“By some simple techniques. Our Ayurveda and Naturopathy techniques are harmless. Take help of them under proper guidance from certified professional or medical advisor”.
To cleanse internally,
1) Have neem and turmeric mixed with lemon and honey every day when you get up. It will help keep some harmful infections away.
2) Drink plenty of liquids like lemon juice, buttermilk to keep your system hydrated and helps to kill bad bacterias.
3) Have easy-to-digest food with enough proteins, carbs, and fats. Give proper rest to the stomach for digestion of food, also keep your urination and bowls clean.
To cleanse externally,
1) Have a neem water bath and saltwater bath once a week or just go have a sea bath and enjoy.
2) Get some aura cleansing with fire by doing “havan (fire rituals)” or if you enjoy, do campfire with friends, just dance and sing.
To cleanse your body and mind also do regular exercises of your choice. It includes yoga, meditation, play games, or go to the gym. Perspiration purges dead cells and toxins from your body.
Mentally to keep yourself strong to face any hurdles keep faith and trust in yourself first and then into outside sources like parents, friends, loved ones, Guru, deity, or Eternity.
Keep these regular practices and then excessive energies directed towards you will get washed away from time to time and you can enjoy your life the way you wish.
